To meet my brothers again, I must find the grey stone pillars rising towards the sky in the middle of that green park. Once I reach where my old memories sleep, the faded voices will be heard again.

We were never alone. The names of 22 UN allies are engraved along the Pathway. The very last name on that path... Just thinking of it brings my comrades' faces to mind and brings me to tears. Could you find the name at the end of the path and call it out for me?

Looking at the grey Columns in the center of the park reminds me of the steep mountain ranges where we bled. Among those countless battles, there is one ridge that pierces my heart the most. That rugged 7-letter name starting with an 'K'... If I could walk among those pillars, I'm sure I could find that name again.
"공원 한가운데 세워진 회색 돌기둥(Columns)들을 보면 우리가 피 흘렸던 깎아지른 산맥들이 생각나.

Upon those same grey columns rests another name, dearer to me than any ridge before it. In the autumn of 1951 we climbed a hill the enemy swore could never be taken — and we took it. It was our proudest hour. Its name carries a hyphen and ends in '-San', the Korean word for 'mountain'. Read it back to me in full, and let me stand upon that hill once more.
"그 똑같은 회색 돌기둥들에는 또 하나의 이름이 새겨져 있단다. 앞서 본 어떤 능선보다도 내게 소중한 이름이지.

The people we risked our lives to protect left a warm 9-character echo deeply carved into the Circular Wall on the edge of the memorial. I couldn't fully read the Korean letters, but every time I stroked them, I felt our sacrifice wasn't in vain. If only I could trace those warm marks one more time...
"우리가 목숨 걸고 지켜낸 사람들이 참전비 가장자리의 둥근 돌담(Circular Wall)에 우리를 향한 9글자의 따뜻한 메아리를 깊게 새겨주었어.
한국어라 온전히 읽어낼 수는 없었지만, 그 글자들을 어루만질 때마다 우리의 희생이 헛되지 않았음을 느꼈단다.
그 따뜻한 흔적을 다시 한번 짚어볼 수 있다면...“

The Metal Flowers blooming atop the pillars on the cold ground never bend or wither, no matter the storm. Just like the souls of my comrades who guard that place eternally.
